Privacy Policy

This explains what The Viral Way Private Limited collects when you use theviralway.in, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

Only what you give us, and only where you give it.

  • Project brief form: your name, company, email, phone, budget range, timeline and anything you write in the message field — plus the optional website, Instagram handle and current spend, if you fill those in.
  • WhatsApp and phone: if you contact us on WhatsApp or call us, that conversation sits with your telecom or messaging provider under their terms, and with us as an ordinary business record.
  • Viral Score: your answers are scored entirely in your browser and are not sent to us unless you separately choose to submit your details afterwards.
  • Theme and sound preferences: stored in your own browser so the site remembers them. They never leave your device.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site today. If that changes, this page changes with it, before the tracking goes live.

Why we hold it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of work discussed. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people needed to deliver these services.

Who processes it

Briefs are delivered by email through our email provider and stored in our business inbox. The site is hosted by our hosting provider, which processes standard server request logs on our behalf. Both act under contract and only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you left off. Records relating to actual engagements are kept as long as required for contractual, tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@theviralway.in and we will respond within 30 days. You can also clear anything stored in your browser at any time through your browser settings.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
